Return Policy

At Shop Mandy Spirit Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

• Group & Spirit Wear Orders:
  All group and spirit wear items are made to order — no returns, but exchanges for a different size are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition.

• Regular Orders:
  Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
  After 7 days, items may be exchanged for a different size or item within 14 days of delivery.
  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Jewelry:
  All jewelry sales are final — no returns or exchanges.
